If you are looking to hire people cheap, tell people what they can't do, and use the same technology over and over again, then the web is the place you want to be. If that is not what you are looking for then you are just out of luck (Opps,I didn't mean to use foul language).

There is something that can be done. It takes you and I not accepting madison avenue crap anymore. It doesn't have to be flashy, slick, or expensive. It takes people saying what they think especially if it conflicts with society norms. It takes balls. There are many sites on the web that already abide by those tenents, we just need to be more supportive of them.

What the networks call news is more and more becoming a reach. But you have to hand it to them. In order to completely disregard what the govenment is doing they have to work twice as hard. It used to be that my complaint was the the local news was doing national news, now local news is all that is on the national news.
